When my oldest got to high school Rob had already been running a small program for high school and college athletes called Performance Training. When Rob first told me about it, and what he planned to do, I knew it would be a great thing for my kids. We jumped right in as soon as we could and my son has now been attending for over a year and my daughter has for seven months. I do believe Rob’s program is unmatched in terms of preparation, instruction, supervision, and RESULTS! Rob’s Performance Training program does the following: 1) he identifies weaknesses that inhibit performance and/or lead to injury, 2) he develops an individualized program for each athlete, 3) he instructs, monitors, and corrects errors in the athletes’ implementation of the individualized program, 4) he focuses on specific sport needs, and 5) he prepares in-season and out-of-season workouts.
The fact that he does all of that, at a very reasonable fee, is an eye opener in itself. However, the RESULTS will amaze you! My son was not an aggressive kid, physically, by nature and these workouts have strengthened him in more ways than you can imagine. He has much more confidence now mixing it up with kids bigger than he is, and, he's not getting pushed around.
We've just started the club volleyball season and I can already see the improvement in my daughter's lower half in terms of reactionary movement to the ball. However, the most amazing thing I've witnessed so far is the improvement in her softball pitching in terms of her core. Her pitching instructor has been sidelined with breast cancer so my daughter's lessons with her have been inconsistent since last March. The core training she gets with Rob's training has kept her in the game; in fact, she's a better pitcher despite the recent lack of consistent pitching instruction.
All in all, I have told everyone I know about Rob and his program. I was a high school P.E/Biology teacher and coach for 20 years. I know a lot about anatomy and Rob Jackson knows even more. Help your son/daughter reach their full potential by investing in his program. Help them strengthen their weaknesses, prevent injuries, and elevate their performance on the field. Your kids might get a bit sore from the workouts but if they're serious about being the best they can be then...you won't be sorry for taking them to him and they won’t be sorry either.

You're a great mentor and coach. I learned I was a lot stronger than I believed I was. You also taught me to channel my negative energy into positive affirmations when I failed going for my PRs. I'd get so frustrated and you took the time to teach me. Helping me with something that applies in the weight room, on the field, and in everyday life. Sometimes no matter how hard you try, things don't go your way. You have to step back, regroup, and go again with a better mindset about yourself. I know you'll continue doing that for other athletes. Thank you for all the laughs too.
