At JXN Performance training is designed with an integrative approach, combining all aspects of athleticism. Each athlete will enter the program after an initial consultation where strengths and weaknesses are identified. Any deficiencies will be addressed at the start of any program, whether it be pain, movement quality, muscle imbalance, etc. When the athlete is deemed ready to begin training the athlete will enter into the second stage; training in a highly intense, fun environment designed for maximum results. The athlete will advance through each phase of training being carefully monitored to ensure the greatest outcomes.
